Ed’s replaced our roof in 2013. In early May of 2025, after a decent rain, we noticed a small leak coming into our bathroom. They had a service guy (Jason) out within a couple of hours to check it out. While they couldn’t find a leak, they went and got a new roof vent, and came back and replaced the roof vent cover and went on their way. After the last few days of rain, we have confirmed that there is no longer a leak. The best part is that they never charged us for this call or the new vent. I’m super impressed with their professionalism and quickness in responding. And, Jason was super nice and professional. Thanks Ed’s!!!

We were extremely pleased with choosing Ed’s Roofing over the other companies we received bids from. From the start we were completely informed and involved in all decisions required. We happened to be out of town when the weather turned perfect to complete the job. I had a bit of anxiety about having them start; however, the communication we had with the team foreman set us at ease. During the three day job, I had interaction with each team member; each being polite and able to answer any question I had. They were confident, professional and courtious. Emailed Ed’s and Tim called me right away to schedule an estimate. He told me they were 4 to 6 weeks out so we had plenty of time to pick out a color. Signed the proposal and 6 weeks later 4 guys showed up and started the tear off.

The next day an army of roofers showed up and finished the tear off and the roofing was installed. I thought I was going to need some new plywood sheeting but Brent showed me how the original sheeting was not properly installed and the crew renailed all of my sheeting. A day and a half and they were all finished including installing a couple of skylights. And they patroled the yard and cleaned up any debris and nails. Job well done. Now I will just sit back and wait for monsoon season for the real test.
