We asked for a roofing bid and were told that the roof would have at least 5 more years life but having the roof cleaned by a cleaning company would be recommended at this time. I did receive a roofing bid for for the future which could be somewhat different in 5 years because the shingles vary in price and might be lower then if/when Covid goes away. I highly recommend this company for their honesty without trying to sell me a new re-roofing job at this time.

Amazing, quality work and service. We were kept up to date for the installation time frame and the job was completed in the time quoted – which was one day. A complete tear off and replace of the roof in one day and we were so pleased. I work in real estate and had seen some work done by Ed’s and knew it would be a good choice.
